Responsibilities

  • Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program
  • Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
  • Provide consultation to potential buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and identify suitable properties
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of both sellers and buyers
  • Utilize PLACE Technology to track tasks and activities
  • Host two open houses per month
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments
  • Engage in weekly script practice sessions according to team standards
  • Participate in team activities as outlined by team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, attend weekly trainings, and join Partner Calls
  • Offer consultation to sellers, convert leads into listings, and effectively market properties
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging techniques, and other listing-related services
